WorthyStream DMCA and copyright policy
How to send WorthyStream a copyright notice, what a valid notice has to contain, and what happens once we receive one.
Last updated 6 September 2026
Our position
WorthyStream provides access to a streaming service. It does not own, produce, licence or control the content that service carries, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of any broadcaster, sports league, studio or other rights holder.
We respect the intellectual property of others and expect the same of everyone who uses the service. Where we receive a notice that is complete and appears to be made in good faith, we act on it.
Sending a notice
Send copyright notices to contact.provideriptv@gmail.com with “DMCA notice” in the subject line. So that we can act quickly, please include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or of a person authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed. Where a single notice covers several works, a representative list is enough.
- Identification of the material you are complaining about, with enough detail for us to locate it — a channel name, a stream identifier or a specific title.
- Your contact details: name, postal address, telephone number and an email address we can reply to.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for them.
A notice missing any of these may be delayed while we come back to you for the rest. We are not able to act on an anonymous report, and we cannot give legal advice on whether a particular use is infringing.
What happens next
- We acknowledge receipt of your notice at the address you provided.
- We review it and, where the notice is valid and the material is within our control, we remove or disable access to it promptly.
- Where the material sits with an upstream supplier rather than with us, we pass the notice on and tell you that we have done so.
- We keep a record of notices received and of the action taken on each one.
Counter-notice
If material of yours has been removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. It should include your signature, identification of the material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, and your name, address, telephone number and consent to the jurisdiction of an appropriate court.
Repeat infringement
Accounts that are the subject of repeated, valid notices are suspended or terminated. Attempting to use the service to distribute material you have no right to distribute is a breach of our terms of service as well.
Misuse of this process
Sending a notice that knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing can expose the sender to liability for damages. Please make sure a notice is accurate before you send it.
Contact
All copyright correspondence goes to contact.provideriptv@gmail.com. This is the only address monitored for these notices, and it is the address we reply from.
