Do I need to give card details for the free trial?

No. The form asks for your contact details, your device, your app and the countries you want. There is no payment step anywhere in the trial process, and no card details are collected on this website at all.

How long does it take to arrive?

Trials are set up by hand rather than issued automatically, so the wait depends on the queue at the time. We reply to the email address on the form as soon as yours is ready.

What should I check while the trial is running?

Open the channels you actually care about, watch something live rather than only on demand, and try it on the device you will really use. That tells you far more than a channel list ever could.

What happens when the trial ends?

Nothing. There is no card on file, so nothing is charged and nothing renews. If you want to continue, the pricing page lets you build a plan and send an order request.
